If I could give 0 star, this place is one of the very very few times I'd actually use it. The incompetence of the staff is incomparable! Everyone looks like they just passed out of school and work worse than interns. They're always running around the place like the confused ending of a comedy movie and forget to get half the dishes you ordered. We literally went behind the guy who apparently calls himself the manager, to remind them that we had ordered something. Even when we left without having dessert that we ordered, no one seemed to be the least apologetic. Worst hospitality and worst staff. Not to mention, the location which is too far from the city, so it's a horrible choice for tourists as well. Would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a trip with good memories. I honestly think the good reviews here are paid. Thank you Nirali Dhani for your super incompetent staff and totally worthless management.

Great Experience…!
Great service and Staff Was Very Helpful. Property was too old but Best and Lots of Choice in Buffet menu .Nearly everything went smoothly and we were happy with thr Rajasthani Culture Program which is Performing at Evening.

Mostly Important Great Service With our Booking Partner “ Raj Tours & Travels , Himmatnagar , Gujarat.

Nirali Dhani is a beautiful concept in the contemporary era when people are going away from their roots. One that should always be encouraged. However, the rooms need a lot of improvements in terms of maintenance; something they should take up as soon as possible. Food, both per se variety and taste, deserves admiration. The restaurant staff is very amiable, especially Mr. Ilhaz Singh who is as hard working as anyone and always serves with a smile. F&B manager, Mr. Nitin Nayak, made sure our needs are catered too. Service was a bit slow may be due to the holiday rush but nothing that cannot be overlooked.
Should rooms and amenities improve, I would definitely consider the hotel again.
Overall, a very pleasant experience.
If you want the joy of traditional village life and want to know & watch & feel the desert life with all the hotel amenities ,then you go. Otherwise if you already live in a desert village in rajasthan in India , then no need for a visit.

Food was okay (below average) but the service it was so bad the waiters and the manager were so arrogant and had will to serve. When the manager was confronted about it, he started giving excuses such as "sir mai yaha se nahi hu meko idea nahi hai".

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Jodhpur but accessibility is good as traffic isn't much. Food options were good. Rooms were big enough for 3 adults. However the service provided by staff could be better. I was often redirected from one department to the other for simple requests like glasses, ice cubes, plumbing etc. The cleanliness of rooms, bed sheets and towels could be better. Insects were found inside the room.
