3. Amenities in the Hotel: Very good. It includes swimming pool, lawn to play and open terrace to sit or enjoy with your friends. It is kids friendly.
4. Food: Good, not so great.
5. Service: Good.
6. Additional: Everyday Magic Show and Folk dance/music is in house.
7. Require improvement: Elevator is too small, feels claustrophobic. Food menu can be improved a bit with more cuisines.

This is a very wonderful place to stay and enjoy your vacation. The food is wonderful, the hospitality is great, very mannered and well behaved staff. All services are well rendered. Rooms and washrooms are cleaned and properly maintained. Thank you regenta team ( vanya villa) for the wonderful service during our stay.

The worst experience ever at this hopeless hotel. Where do I start?

Rooms are like a dungeon, extremely poor lighting.

A very shocking incident occurred during our stay. We were booked in 2 rooms, and in one of our room, Room 109, the lock was not working as expected.

At 10pm when we were asleep, someone just barged into our room, stood there and walked away like nothing happened.

We complained to the reception and management and they just downplayed the entire incident saying we created a ruckus.

The General Manager shifted us to a different room and promised us to show the CCTV footage the next morning.

On seeing the footage, we saw a man, who tried to open the door for another room, and on the 2nd attempt, pushed our room’s door open.

The GM had the nerve to tell us that this was a small incident and didn’t asked us to worry. He also had the nerve to not even apologise on their behalf.

Absolutely disgusting service and customer satisfaction.

our stay was pleasant. the rooms were clean and tidy. food variety in breakfast was also very wide and good. staff were very polite. the rooms need a bit of maintenance, which the hotel management is planning in the near future. the location of this hotel is very good in terms of proximity to the market area and that's a great advantage to avail local transportation as well. the disadvantage is that the hotel does not provide hot water in washrooms after 10 p.m. till 5 a.m. in the morning, which is an issue in the winter. hope they will take care of this..

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Stable electricity and a reasonable number of different types of power outlets for foreign travellers. The food was good, there's plenty of hot water and the hotel itself is an old world beauty. Close to Ranthambore National Park for those game enough to go on a tiger safari. The best hotel we've stayed in India thus far.
