Achrol Niwas, A Treehouse Hotel, Jaipur

An average resort and below average food and facilities. Rooms are big but the gates are with typical old house latch (no its not an old concept) , in rooms they give you 2 bottles of water and if you need more then they give you an old style plastic camper. Washroom is really big , but due to leakage water was in all over the washroom. No tissues in washroom, no extra hand towels. At pool side not much sitting arrangements, no place to put your stuff while you go into the pool. You have to put your stuff on nearby stairs, pool is also not so clean.
Now comes to the food, a very bad sandwich i had there, it was smelly, I literally fall sick after having that. In morning breakfast , everything was cold. They do not have good chef at all. The food was the only thing which i expected to be good atleast but a big disappointment.

Location is remote and the approaching road to the resort is quite desert and not properly made, especially not recommended for night time and during rainy days. Property is well maintained. Facilities are good. Food is ok. Room service was slow and require more attention as I had to call three times for drinking water.Further, possibility of sighthing a wild creature, snake. Etc, cannot be ruled out. In short, u will get the feel of a lonely and peaceful place to enjoy to a full extent but be mindful of the above factors.

The only attraction in Achrol Niwas is the large area over which it is constructed and large lawns. Otherwise every other things are hopeless. Only large rooms and large bathrooms are not enough for a hotel to be good. To start with, access road bilkul kacchi hai for 2.5 km. Aas paas long grasses. No lights around. Very risky to travel after sunset. Rooms are not well maintained. Doors ki kundis were broken. Rooms mein seelen. Private pool was also not maintained. Most important wi fi is always non functioning. Not at all recommended.

negative point is path to reach there.Although the place was good, but they did not maintained it properly.The pool has not been cleaned and pigeons easily come to the pool. need some more technolgy based improvements.privacy is not proper as expected. proper curtains needed.ordinary service after chargingvilla in front of central pool have bigger light whole night which may disturb your sleep.so suggest all to prefer the opposite side villaaverage. prompt service from the restaurant was good. The food items were average.

The place is heavenly with a great view and pool. The rooms are good and comfy and it is good for a group of people. Enjoyable place to spend your time. The food and the service was amazing and the property is fabulous.

Services were very poor, breakfast was actually terrible and we could hardly have anything except fruits. The upma also being served was half cooked. Parathas was bland with barely any filling.

The bathroom had a leaking faucet which had water scattered all over and I had even slipped there.
No face towels provided.
No moisturiser provided.
Dental kit and other essentials were also not provided.

Dinner menu had only main course whereas the menu had starters and other items also mentioned. Food was very oily and not tasty.

Swimming pool was not maintained, bird poop and some kind of oil was floating on the water. Pool was not cleaned as well, the floor of the pool was very mucky.

Went to the property and asked the staff to show us the rooms before we confirm they started showing us the rooms whichever room they opened was not even cleaned after the last people staying there left. Amazed to see how unmanaged the property was.

Worst experience with my family. Staff is so rude and disrespectful. Please avoid this place. Breakfast was unhygienic and very less options. Moreover the rooms were dirty and bathroom was not cleaned.
