Strawberry Hills hotel & Resorts

The location of this Hotel is beautiful but the service is very poor.
The accommodation costs are high and they don't give much attention to basic needs such as hot water, towels. The mattress, pillows, blankets smelled bad.

We had booked for 4 rooms for 15 people for 2 nights and all we got was total 1 towel per room that too was not replaced on the next day. They kept on delaying to provide extra towels even though we made multiple requests and still we did not get those till our checkout. Television was upside down!

Not worth it at all for the hotel management.

Overall, The hotel service definitely needs attention.

We had booked a Hatgad Fort View Room. It was a large room with huge balcony. View is matchless (Some pictures are attached). You must have your own vehicle, as the resort is 7 KMs from Saputara. The ride from Saputara to Strawberry Hills is an added pleasure. They have Swimming Pool, Indoor games, DJ for 2 hrs, kids play area. So, don't hesitate in booking. We'll definitely visit again. One more thing, It's in Maharashtra but they don't sell liquor, but, that is not an issue. There is a wine shop nearby which will definitely not disappoint you.

The mountain facing view of the rooms is awesome.
The room in which we stayed...the tiles weren't placed properly,it was in imbalance mode.
Moreover please taste the tea of this hotel...it is just classy...

Nice place nd nice location... service is very good..room like a luxury rooms..😍 For family trip this hotel is best .just love it..place ... swimming pool..dj night arrange mat is very .... Decoration and all is perfect.. just love love it...Thank you..❤️❤️

Just location and views nothing else accept from this Hotel even we can't call it a Hotel it's a appartment no basis things available tea and coffee maker, towel, not water and in washroom honeybee will be there be careful. Rooms not cleared even bed, AC not working properly.

Very bad experience.
1. No mobile network in hotel premises, neither resort provides you the WIFI (Though they confirm you at the time of enquiry)
2. No hot water for bath in winter. Reason provided - Solar heater is there, but hot water is available only in summer.
3. Don't have lift facilities and you will have to carry your heavy bags through stairs.
4. Don't have CCTV installed yet.
5. In the night, extreme noise and disturbance was there from the other room, they were drunk and creating nuisance. Also, knocked out room twice. We couldn't sleep for the whole night.
6. Don't have telephones in the room and for any enquiry you have to go down from 2nd floor and atleast half Km from building to reach reception.
7. At the last, no sight seeing is at walking distance from the hotel.

Though the location and view was good, first of all this is not in Saputara..its 8-10km outside with 15-20 minutes drive to Saputara. However the rooms were not well maintained floor was sticky - bed sheets, towels were unclean, even on replacing we were not satisfied they still looked stained. Corridors had sensor lights which were not working, hence we had to either walk in dark or use our phone light. Tissues were not provided in toilets or rooms. Hot water was available only for a limited time in the morning, very limited breakfast options. Even the food taste was not so good. There was no network hence wifi was necessary and WIFI was only available in reception area. Apart from the view and ambience near the swimming pool nothing was worth mentioning!

Nice experience. Two nights stay with family great experience. Food not very good but average. Dj night is good.swiming pool is so nice and clean. Garden is under development but good.
