One of the best MPT resorts situated in deep forest and surrounded by water. Once reached property, it will be complete disconnect with outer world. Scenic location with amazing views, good food and service. Water sports are also available. Only problem is while - on the way to resort there are few villages, local kids block the road with wood planks and ask you for money both way. Be careful while dealing with these local people as they come in groups.

Excellent Location. Average services. Average taste of food. Poor Food Menu. Very Poor Maintenance of property.
I visited this property second time. Earlier maintenance and taste of food was good, but now it is very poor.
Being at an island you don't have any other food choices. Also please carry all necessary medicines and other stuff.

We visited to Salani Resort,Omkareshwar from 13 to 15th October 2022.This was a one of the memorable trip of my life.I must congratulate MPTDC for keeping vision to develop such unique concept resort. Resort is very well maintained.Its real pleasure to be in the midst of nature.Must congratulate Anjum Gupta,Architect for thoughtful design of resort keeping in mind safety of Tourist.Reception peoples like Mr.Sanju Bhawaniya are co-operative & responsive.I must appreciate dining facility.Food served was fresh & equally tasty.Staff like Vikas as well others were eager to serve hot chapattis.Mr.Rajesh Yadav is very energetic & interested in giving thrill of boating balancing safety of visitors.Jalpari boating ride evidencing sunset was really mindblowing.Experiencing Sunset from Machaan & Sunrise during Jungle walk was really mesmerizing!Beauty of this project is a feel of untouched ecosystem as it is !Sincere vote of thanks to Manager Mr.Prawin Dubey for maintaing all this beautifully keeping good harmony amongst the staff!

This place is located on an island and it has a beautiful view green jungle and untouched natural beauty. This island is maintained by MPT tourism and way to reach resort is only boat There are few water sports like banana ride,scuba diving etc Staff is very cooperative Must visit.

This resort is very bad as it dont have any activity for children and the taste of the food is also very bad And also the service is to bad Only the view is beautifull and the road is also too badd and in jungle walk there is only ant and insects😂😂😂😂😂 And Its wi-fi is only for name there is no connection of wifi in this resort

Worth every penny. Had an amazing experience at this MPT property. The location, sights and food was amazing. We were 20 people all together and all of them enjoyed at their best. Water sports is worth doing. The hotel manager and rest of the staff made sure that our stay should be amazing and they all were very cooperative with our needs. We all were a very young group so we were welcomed by the hotel as their own children. Rooms were amazing. We will surely be visiting the resort again and will reco.mend our family and friends for the same.

A must visit place for family and friends. Serene , very calm. We were just ourselves, perfect secluded place. Very cooperative staff. Clean rooms, good food and amazing rooms.

We have booked 2 rooms check in on 31st dec 2022, for 2 nights and the purpose was new years eve. The location and property was amazing but the service was worst than a 1* or 2* property. The manager Mr.Praveen Dubey is least concerned for the guests. There were no towels in room so we asked for it.. they sent towels after 1hour 30minutes. We went for lunch the buffet was almost empty.. we asked the staff to fill they denied and went to kitchen and didn't come out only.. we had APAI plan and during these days there was no person standing at the buffet. The tea served was not enough for the hotel's occupancy status.. wen asked the staff said we are ordered only to give this much.. the new year Eve was planned on the rooftop. When asked for dinner the buffet was down in the restaurant.. we went to have dinner.. just started with soup and the staff started to move buffet on the rooftop.. the staff was stopped by other guests staying there as they were already having dinner in restaurant. When asked the staff said it was managers order.. next morning the water in the bathroom was totally dark n muddy.. we told the staff to check n we spoke right in front of GM Mr.Praveen Dubey.. he gave no heed and just went away.. when asked the staff about the problems in services, they said that if they get scolded by GM if they be friendly with guests and do anything for them without his order. Throughout the trip we stayed in MPT Champak bungalow for 3nights and they were just superb. 2 nights we stayed in MPT baghira jungle resort and they were also amazing in terms of service.. in MPT sailani island resort the service was just 1* . Extra 1* given is just for the location and property.. we request MPT hotels to look into the matter and do the needful as Sailani island resort is very good property but the GM Mr.Praveen Dubey is not keeping it well. I work for Indo-Nepal Holidays Pvt Ltd since last 13 years and we are also a travel agent.. we haven't seen this worst kind of service in any 1* or 2* property as well.
