Forsyth Lodge - Satpura National Park

My time here has been beautiful beyond measure.

A wonderfully designed place, with a brilliant touch of art and wildlife. Makes for a serene getaway amidst wilderness.

The staff here is so hospitable, they make the guests feel at home. From the way they receive, speak with warmth and that lip smacking food with lots of varieties, is just so good.

The safari experience with them, is a class apart. Because a naturalist will accompany. They know the forests and wildlife very well, so the stories and information they give, truly enriches the whole experience.

If you are looking for a fulfilling holiday, Forsyth Lodge is where you should be!

Great property, awesome service which makes you feel at home. Rooms are very well maintained, service across the board is good. The only area of improvement is food, the taste and menu both need significant improvement, especially given the fact that one has no choice or dining options nearby to eat something else. Overall, recommended property and hoping the Management improves on F&B front.

Great service and can do approach is incomparable. Well appointed rooms and washrooms. Eco friendly.Calm and quiet. Amazingly tasty food.Staff is very efficient . Akhil is very passionate about the work and his knowledge on forests is great. RO water in steel bottles in the rooms shows the thoughtfulness of management and Hot water kettle is given in rooms,which makes life easier.

Forsyth resolved my refund issue, Thanks to Forsyth folks. Place is nice, very cosy, cottages are huge and spacious, food is quality and veriety, they care for guest's choice, staff specially food serving guys guys are very nice and attentive. Nice and peaceful place to spend few days in Satpura. Little expensive side but cannot complain about it as quality comes with a price. Overall I'll recommend the place for all sorts of small get-together. We all had great time staying here.

The most unprofessional staff and poor food taste. Service staff reply to guest that we are only 2 person serving food so things go wrong as we are short on staff.

We sat for dinner at 9.15 pm we were served with 2 vegetables, 1 dal and rice, rest they served with Roti, soup and snacks after that poor in taste and with excuse of staff shortage at 10.25 pm.

When asked for swiming pool ? the sales team said yes we have common pool, when visited property the staff there said it is not functional since 45-50 days.

I would like to bring in notice of travelers going to Madai please make sure you get a fare deal. The Forsyth Lodge has no ethical values and there staff just seeks for way to earn extra commission/money from there guests.

The sales team from Forsyth has informed us that jungle safari cost for a jeep( 4 adult & 1 child) ₹ 10500/- and when we asked why this price is to high ? They have given us reason of permit , guide, boat transfer charges all inclusive in this price and these are to be paid to forest department. Than after safari we got to know we were fooled by them ! The safari including everything was only ₹ 5980/- rest all is there commission and lie to guest to earn extra money.

I have taken action on same and have given official complaint to Forsyth via email and phone call to refund our money back. But there team keeps ignoring and have no response to there fraud being expose.
Please seek other options and ask charges clearly or else you can be fooled too with there good talks.

No words suffice for our stay at the Forsyth Lodge. It is a beautiful property with nature surrounding all around at the same time a luxury and a hospitality that beats five star hotels. The manager and the naturalists are very friendly and cooperative. The staff is very kind and the chef can cook any cuisine you want to relish and the food tastes delectable. We can't wait to come back and haven't stopped recommending it to friends.

We were a group of 10adults and 3 kids! Our stay at Forsyth was amazing! The staff is amicable and articulate! We were impressed by the services provided by Mr Yusuf! Ms Nikita went above and beyond to cater to our needs!
The food provided was of utmost quality with fresh locally grown produce! Mr Karthik specially asked me the type of food the kids would like! Welcome drinks were a pleasant surprise! There was never a dearth of anything! Would definitely love to come back here!

Excellent property and most amazing hospitality and dedicated Naturalists who will give you an unforgettable lifetime Jungle safari experience. Loved their energy and enthusiasm. Have decided to recommend this place to anyone coming here from Karnataka.Food is good.Stay is good too.only thing is swimming pool was little out of order. But the jungle safari and these naturalists made up for all of it
