Tathastu Pench - Luxury Wildlife Resort

The management team of this resort is very poor. My interaction with Mr.Amit (Manager) and Shikha was highly poor. Amit does not let others talk and he has some major attitude issues. He makes it look like he is the only knowledgeable person in the room. Shikha, does not know to talk and respect customers. Pretty disappointing experience coordinating with these guys. We wanted 50 rooms and these guys didn't take us seriously. Glad we did not choose this resort for our stay. During the calls I did however talk to Ms.Alka, I should mention, she spoke & treated us really well. I'm wondering why she is the sales head and not the GM of the resort. If you can, avoid staying here, no personal experience. But the lack of audacity and respect towards customers was deterrent enough for me to avoid this resort.

This resort is located near Toria village. Take diversion from NH at Khawasa. The location is very beautiful. Campus inside resort is well preserved to natural conditions. All buildings are well laid and just match with ambient atmosphere. Rooms are decorated beautifully....,👍🏻 to interior designer and architect. All standard amenities of a 3star hotel are provided for ensuring comfortable stay.
Restaurant and food/ bar offer quality with variety. Buffet available for breakfast lunch and dinner too...

Loved the overall experience- great location, great food and hospitality. Safari was well arranged (breakfast on the hill top is a unique must have experience). Enjoyed the games, pottery bonfire. Only downside being the spa. Did not enjoy it as much as I expected.

One of the best jungle resorts around and easily the best I have been to. Superb facilities, responsive staff, excellent service, and peaceful stay.

Recheck and reconfirm in writing before you go. Unfortunately gone with great enthusiasm but got cheated to the extreme level. Booked for two bedrooms villa and on checkin got refused. Did direct booking from their own website hence was no support. Property was not maintained well as shown is pictures. We cancelled our stay and moved back as the resort team was not agreeing on the terms they did not agree. The booking was done by handhold of their customer care lady and we were assured many times for the two rooms and other facilities we will get booking this Villa suite by spending 52K. Good part they agree for refund. Would suggest to check with hotel on your booking and inclusion’s before you book or start your journey. Just don’t relay on their websites. Our trip was spoiled totally.

great resort for stay and leisure activities with family and kids... special mention their cave room and the tree house which is superbly built... food is also good and of high standards....

Green and Serene. My child and his friends loved it. Food was yummy and staff very friendly and professional.
Property needs a better upkeep. However, the entire experience was good.
