Very Good Food and Friendly Staff. Open space and neat, clean rooms

The location is good, but they should add a board near main road for visibility.

Very good place to stay in satna. Food is ok. Resort is having a swimming pool with a lot of open space. Its very good for party and other celebrations. Plan for it.

Quiet & beautiful place with a hall for medium size gatherings.

We've had the worst experience here. We booked this hotel for a wedding. Taps were not working in four rooms. Power cut off twice. Rooms were not clean. Food was not prepared, we waited for two hours.

They took money in advance and were very slow to do anything.

but they can't manage that place

there is no proper arrangements to the guests they didn't provide the blanket, pillow.
at the middle of the night they are gone to search blanket from other hotels and resorts

there is not proper manager who manages the things

They only have a big space but can not manage at all. Took money in advance and not just money, it was very expensive. You can find a cheap hotel with better service than THE CROWN RESORT.
