Monk's Nirvanaa

Its one of the best family resort of indore, here you celebrate your family functions, marriage parties, government events. It have big parking space. Here 500 bikes ans 200 car parking space. It's multipurpose and multi story building. Room and service is quite good. Resort staff maintaining hygiene, cleansing, quality services.

We came to ask for a room
The hotel was empty..
the receptionist firstly said that there's rooms.. and then from some reason they decided to tell us that the place is fully booked wich was an obvious lie

A surprisingly spacious & well planned property for hosting banquets & seminars.

Ample parking space. Park your vehicle with composure. There's no need to indulge in a verbal duel with the attendant.

Well lit halls. One can use the big banquet rooms or set up the catering open air, if the weather permits.

Need to tone up catering though, to titillate the palate with ethnic cuisine.

Quite expensive if we would like to book for single day for marriage it goes around 8-9 lakh.

Great rooms and good halls for any function. Imyself visited for marriage party. Great service but location is not that great. Loacted in outer area.

Reception staff gives very poor service and lacks customer centricity. I had parked my car in the parking and someone hit my car afterwards under cctv. I had asked them to check the footage but they didn't have any knowledge to operate it. Further they didn't have any inhouse IT service guy too. They said they will arrange the IT guy shortly but no sign even after 48 hrs.. they should keep the name as Monkey Resort..

Decent place for various functions like marriage, birthday party, new year party etc. The place is a comfortable and conveniently located property with well-appointed rooms and great service.
