The Pench International, A Jungle water resort

We celebrated my Birthday with family at best Resort in turia . It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the restaurants were clean and the staff was courteous. The rooms were well kept, all accessories were provided as!!🥰

As we were getting late for the check in we informed the resort well in advance i.e at 11 am and requested them to keep the lunch for us upto 4pm to which they responded positively( As the lunch was included in the package) . Also at 2.30 pm we reminded them that we will be coming by 4pm and will take lunch to which again they responded positively. But then when we reached the resort they just told that we have closed the kitchen, now we cannot provide u lunch. Had they informed me earlier I could have taken the lunch on the way and wouldn’t have depended on them.

After paying this much I don’t expect this type of service. Need to improve your service. Don’t give false commitments to customers.

Also as a courtesy they could have arranged lunch for uS during my check out. But they were least bothered…

Also rooms were not upto mark. The hand shower was broken. The person came and fixed but that was again broken. Jacuzzi was not working properly.

Blindly go ahead and plan your next holiday here. Pench is a beautiful forest reserve and a great place to experience the finest wildlife in India. But "The Pench International" adds a feather to your entire experience in Pench. We were a group of 75 people (24 families) and chose this 24 room resort. Our date of stay was from 12th Nov to 15th Nov and our planning started 3 months back. Referred by a friend, we spoke to the Owner of the resort and we blindly went by his word. I'm glad we chose this resort for our jungle retreat and the decision paid off fabulously. We hail from Chennai and could not go visit this resort to finalise or check it out. All we could do was, see the images uploaded on the internet. But the images don't do justice. This resort is 10 on 10 in every aspect.

The food was fabulous. None of the 75 members complained ever about the food. Rich and tasty in every bite. The spread was lavish every meal. My only suggestion, being the only pure vegetarian resort in Pench, they can consider making the breakfast more elaborative by adding vegetarian english breakfast options to it.

The management should get a special mention. The team of Mr.Ashish Tiwari (General Manager) deserves a huge round of applause. I had only spoken to him on calls, so I was worried if he would help us in making our stay a memorable one. Mr.Ashish was always available to make sure that all of us had the best experience at TPI (The Pench International). He accommodated all our requests right from arranging a DJ to allowing us stay longer for the bonfire. Our group ended up breaking their crockeries, but never did he ever have a straight or grumpy face. All he said very politely & sweetly was, "Don't Worry". His entire team was highly supportive. Mr.Ashish's calm & impressive demeanour cannot be missed during your stay at TPI. He was instrumental in planning our jungle safari and 90% of our crowd were able to sight Tigers.

There are 2 categories of room. Couple friendly & family friendly. Each room has a jacuzzi in it. I stayed in the couple room with my family, and my stay was fabulous. The room had an open shower area as well and the experience to bathe under the blue sky was mesmerising. The room was very comfortable and every room has been designed and made intricately. I saw the other rooms as well. The family room can accommodate 4 grown up adults easily, as the room has separate toilets. The management did not compromise anywhere while constructing the rooms and I'd give a 10/10 for the stay.

TPI also has a built-in waterpark. The waterpark is small and sweet. Highly maintained and designed only for fun. All the adults in our group spent good time in the waterpark area and the inner child in all of us was unleashed. I personally didn't feel like stepping out of the waterpark. The slides were great fun. Other amenities like cycling, archery, trampoline and swimming pool are good enough to keep your children entertained.

The resort is well designed & well maintained. We did not have to worry about kids, since the resort is well barricaded and the security is up to the mark.

For your stay next time at Pench, just go for The Pench International without second thought. I had also enquired and followed up with other resorts at Pench, but my experience with them on phone calls was very poor (especially Tathastu). I'm glad we chose TPI. No regrets. Only fun.

We were a group of 10 people and stayed on 26 nov for 1 night only and found all the things exceptional.
I was worried about the things but when i entered to the property it was very welcoming by the entire property staff and the manager too.

I visited here in feb this year, overall the experience at the property was ok but below things made write this review.

I visited here with my family, since I travelled to Nagpur after 2 years from US. I had made the booking for the safari using whatsapp and the manager had helped me. The manager booked two safaries when he should have booked one(I think it was misunderstanding from both sides). But the manager started fighting with me regarding the money though I said it's misunderstanding from both side, eventually he started fighting with my father(who is old and had nothing to do with it) as well and I had to jump in between. Eventually things sorted out but this behaviour is totally unacceptable when I just reached the property.
Also, the person at the reception is the rudest one he totally disrespected us. I was planning for wedding at this place since we liked the place but there are so many flaws in the destination.
I am never going back here and certainly do not recommend this to anyone.

Well maintained property, luxurious rooms, amazing food, courteous staff. Connected water park is the biggest advantage of the property.

Resort Manager Mr Ashish accommodated all our requests which was possible in the property.

Food quality was excellent,cottage was luxuries with jkozi,every staff is very polite and helpful, the most thing I like is swing in each & every room, cleaning is very best and hygiented, there are enough rides to enjoy water park!

Great Hospitality, nice rooms with Jacuzzi, a swing outside each room, small water park inside the premises, overall a great place to relax with family. Special thanks to Mr.Ranjan for being a great host.
We had a great time at the property, will visit again soon.
