MPT Mandakini Resort, Chitrakoot

Excellent place to stay in Chitrakoot. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. The complex is well designed with open spaces and a nice lawn. Lots of space for parking.
Food is good except it was a bit spicy for my taste. However after I requested them they took care of it.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The officer at the reception was very helpful and courteous.
Would strongly recommend for anyone visiting Chitrakoot.

Overall very good experience.One improvement can be the power backup ( AC not working) in electricity absence but still room was not too hot so overall very good experience. Reception part can be bit better.Reception staf was very cold in nature ,not felt the warm welcome which generally we received in good resorts.

This place is definitely one of the better choices to stay in Chitrakoot for one night or two, if not the best. It is located next to Chitrakoot bus stand (MP side) and all the attractions are not far away from here. However, the road leading to this resort is in a very filthy and shabby condition, some 100 metres stretch from the main road.

The rooms are large and spacious and offer a view either of the Parking area or the internal garden it has. The cleanliness was good and the linens were clean. The food offered here is very tasty and moderately priced, but the Chapatis, in my opinion, are expensive, because they offer thin Tawa Chapatis, which one has to order too many and it shoots up the food bill. The tariff for deluxe rooms is ₹1600 exclusive of GST. One noticeable flaw is that when the power goes off, the ACs and Coolers don't run on the generators. Also, the place gets infested with tons of insects and leeches during the rainy season.

Great place to stay. Big rooms. Nice bathroom. enough area to walk in resort. Best vegetarian restaurant.The complementary breakfast was superb. Very friendly hotel for all your needs .

We visited for the purpose of health check up so the hotel was pretty close to hospital. Staff well mannered and rooms were clean. Over all nice experience.

Fantastic hotel ! One of the best hotel in chitrakoot! MPT known as best hotel chain in Madhya Pradesh state! Room service up to the mark, room cleaning is fantastic hotel manager Mr Pathak ji is very calm and brilliant person!

Room was neat and clean. The behaviour of staffs was also decent except the person on the reception. He was not at all cooperative. If I talk about the food then quality and quantity both matters. the quality was good but cost was more according to the quantity. Overall my stay was okay.
Peace place and the lawn area

MPT Mandikini resorts is a good place to stay. the rooms are nice and spacious with heater facility provided. Amenities like water and toiletries are provided. Nice hot water and enjoyed the shower. The bathrooms are clean. The bed linens are old and needs replacement. We had to call the housekeeping to share the linens as it was not clean. Every room has a view to the spacious beautiful garden. We stayed there just for a night and was good. The food is expensive considering the place and the service was very slow. If this is taken care of, great place to stay and a thumbs up!
