A very nicely built resort with extremely good views in a serene isolated location. A bit pricey. The staff is polite and friendly.

It's a Awesome place. Resort it's a normal one but it situated in the forest. Fully off-road. A good cool nature view. Very relaxing place. I gone for a one day hideout but I extended to two days. They have a natural swimming pool, it's awesome. Good food ,very tasty. Good staffs. Very polite. Family oriented feel. Must go. If you wanna enjoy the beauty of off-road, must go with a 4x4 vehicle

Good place. Need to do an off-road ride towards urumbi hills. Its adventurous and must vosit place by adventure riders, trekkers and travelers. Best season is after monsoon and winter. Cool, misty and romantic climate

Urumbikkara hills are located in the south part of Idukki district between Vagamon and Kuttikkanam. It lies at an attitude of 3500 ft above sea level and is surrounded by dense wood on either side. On the way to Urumbikkara, there are three waterfalls – Wembly waterfalls, Vellappara waterfalls and Vadakkemala waterfalls(information from Wikipedia). Superb hill views.This place is perfect for capturing natural pics.Silent and secured place.Good food,rooms and services.This peaceful place is located at the border of Kottayam and Idukki,far away from city.A four wheel jeep is best vehicle to enjoy the trip.There is a water falls in front the home stay which makes your day very special & memorable.The wind, the mists, the rhythm of forest trees, all can be felt. Unlike many of the top destinations in Kerala, this place is least crowded.The attached bathroom have a supply of hot and cold running water along with basic toiletrie.The hotel is also provided with 24-hour front desk assistance and features banquet facilities. This is the best place to trek and experience the greenish mountains.Views are spectacular and mind blowing.I was stayed there 2days with my friends.Nice budget home stay with very helpful. Great place to visit and stay to relax.
