ALLEPPEY HAVEN BEACH VILLA

We had a wonderful experience at haven. Pool was awesome. Good service, breakfast was so delicious. But the dinner was not much as we expected. Thanks to Clint & the team haven to treat us like a family guest! Definitely will come back once we plan for alappey

Probably the best villa I've ever been in. I m glad that I booked this place for my vacations. The aura of this place is too soothing and convincing. The staff is very cooperative and treats the customers like their family. The food is the essence of this place (tastes amazing). You should definitely book this place if you're planning a vacation to Alleppey.

The resort is excellent, pool has clean water. Rooms are nice and clean. The owner and staff are their assets.

Liked their breakfast. Giving 5 star. Lunch and dinner was not so much tasty , perhaps I am spice intolerant and they put loads of spices in the food.

Over all worth a visit.

Generally I don’t write reviews but my stay was so pathetic here that I had to write a review.
IT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
It is located in the residential area.
The rooms were average just like a 2 star property.
The rooms were very smelly.
There was no lock in the bathroom.
There were mosquitoes in the room.
There were DEAD FLIES in the swimming pool.
Very limited options in breakfast.
The staff was also very rude.
Only we were the one staying in the property except us the full resort was empty
and when we complaint the reply we got was you can leave if you want but we will not give you any refund.
Overall I would give 0/5 to this property and would recommend no one to book this property.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE.

Property is good but there was no staff even in the peak holiday season during X'mas week. Hence you can't get room service. Food is good suitable for non South Indian people. Manager was trying to help but due to lack of staff we didn't get half things we asked for. Room was small. It's basically a room in a villa.

Pool was clean and big enough to have fun and they kept open till 9 PM.

There is functional badminton court and some indoor games as well.

Overall basic service with good property.

Nice property with very good ambience! Neat ,clean & tidy rooms! Nice ambience in restaurant good interiors! Clean swimming pool! Friendly staff! Especially Clint (manager) arranged everything like sikkara, treatment. All the staffs are very cooperative!

Best hospitality! You can spend good time in pool , play area (both indoor and outdoor games) rooms are very neat and clean. Staffs are friendly. Beach is 3 mins by walk. Overall loved our time in haven beach villa! ❤️

We had a few glitches when we arrived here as the room we were promised was not ready. Not the most professional set up but the location is great as it is right next to beach. Also the service is very good and all the staff are very helpful and eager to please. The rooms are decent. The property itself Is very small with only 6 to 7 rooms. It has a decent pool as well. Breakfast served is mostly local food and other items available on request. We did not dine here so can't comment on quality of dinner. There are a couple of beach side restaurents at walking distance with good view. They have a badminton court and a small play area which houses table tennis. The parking is limited and the approach road is quite narrow as is the case with entire Alleppy.
