Excellent hotel to stay. Stayed there for 2 days with my family. Rooms are neat and clean and the back side river view is very beautiful. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were polite and neat. We enjoyed staying there.

Very very very very good resort. Neat & Clean rooms. Well behaved and supportive staffs. Booked Deluxe room but upgraded to Premium room on arrival. Nice view from the balcony.

A very spacious room with the river view. It is not easily noticeable from the main road. Very neatly maintained rooms, stairs and dining area.
The staffs are really good and professional in attending to our queries. A very relaxing stay although near to the road. There is electric kettle, glass, coffee mugs etc were available. Our stay included buffet breakfast which was decent. Menu card with updated rates were kept in the room.
Overall a good experience with this place. And it is definitely a comfortable place for families too.

Positive: 1.Rooms are decent enough, 2.couples can stay here safely, 3.very near to all the popular places and restaurants. 4.some staffs are polite and helpful. One of the staff helped us by giving umbrella when rain came. Negative: 1. delayed service to room, I have called them multiple times 9-11:15pm for one water bottle. Finally fourth call they provided the water bottle. 2. Bathroom flush not working properly and then the bucket looking yellowish. 3. Dinner is not worthy both veg and non veg.

Rooms are not maintained at all, they even charge for water bottles which should be complimentary with room. Breakfast was also not good.
Washroom door handle and room phone were not working. No channels were subscribed to TV.
There is no good view from the hotel, there are a lot of better hotels with an amazing view at a similar price.

It was very nice stay for family. All the staff behaved politely . Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom facilities were very good. I recommend to stay there . Moreover everything was fine 🙂.....

It was new year celebration trip with family. Good location near a river. Though the rates were slightly on higher side due to new year season, a specious room with attched balcony was alloted to me with mountain and river view. The resort staff specially Mr. Sreeraj is very cooperative and responsive. Electric kettle with an option of tea/coffee was already kept at the room. Provision of basic amenities like wifi, dedicated space for indoor games and combination of Hot and Cold water makes it even better place to choose. We are a family of 02 plus 02 so extra bedding requirement was also well met. A delicious food was served in complimentary breakfast. Overall a confortable stay.
