Stayed here for 3 days with family. The pros and cons are
PROS 1. Location - near to town, near railway station, on the beach. 2. Price - budget friendly 3. Host - both the host and staff are good. They take care of everything. 4. Food - although they don't cook here but the food they bring is good and tasty. 5. Parking - huge parking space. 6. Play area - clean , well maintained. My son enjoyed a lot playing in the sand. Also the owner was friendly enough to allow me to take a bunch of plants. 7. Rooms - small, clean 8. Bathroom - neat
CONS - 1. No TV. 2. Housekeeping

Unhygienic rooms, not clean at all, spiderwebs, and filthy linen.
It's a homestay so our expectations were low but still did not justify the tarrif that we had to pay.
Avoid if possible. Better homestay/hotels nearby.

Nice place for beach side villa.. Room is avarage but good service and reasonable price..

It is situated right on the beach road and has an exit to the beach through a gate from the hotel that gives 24 hours access to the beach. I took the beach view side rooms and they are really spacious and neat. 5 stars to the service. The staffs made everything feels very safe and comfortable. Good food was also provided on request basis.

It was a relaxing stay. The in-house food was lovely. Good ambience. Pretty close to the main Alleppey beach. Very good staff.

decent place to stay, have direct access to the beach from the resort. The beach is steep so not too great for being in the water as the waves come crashing very strong. place has a kitchen which was decent
