Kabini Lake View Resort

We went for team outing here and the resort was good, especially how they attended to our queries. The food was good too. There was complete rain whole day, so played few games in rain (no particular cricket ground). THANKS to leenesh sir and all his supportive staff.
PROS : Service, food, rooms clean.
CONS : No pool, road condition is bad during rainy season and small. No specific ground for outdoor activities

I guess it's most reasonable resort in the surrounding. Its value for money. Food is excellent. Modern cottages are ideally located but could have been bigger. Lots of open area for kids to play. Cycles are provided for moving around in the resort. The manager takes care of the guest with passion.

It's a beautiful place to relax. Location of the resort is on the back water of Kabini river. Cottages are gorgeous. Hospitality is excellent. Food of the complimentary breakfast and dinner are of excellent quality like home made food. Last but not the least, Mr. Dinesh, who is in charge, is a person of great value. I shall recommend this place if any one comes to kabini.

Worst experience in Kabini. I visited with my wife for looking at future booking of the property and to have lunch in the restaurant. The guard said the resort is full and you need to leave immediately. I explained that I wanted to make reservation for Jan and wanted to just check the property before booking it. Still, he didn't allow us and was very rude. They didn't allow us to visit the reception and meet the property manager.

f this is the hospitality scene in your resort, then I am happy to stay away from this property. There are tons of property with better view and location in Kabini. Very poor hospitality.

The superb accomodation with humble staff support, excellent food and the care hardly you can get in any resort. The view and entire property is excellent . Very peaceful and calm surroundings will take you there next time again.
They are taking care of the safari , inform prior.

Pros:

Food, location was good.

Staff are good, down to earth near by villagers at service.

Cons:

No water at room

No intercom

Staff always forget to change bedsheets, regular room service won't happen. They need multiple reminder.

Food tends to be repetitive.

They charge more for boat safari (2200₹) than bison resort (1800₹).

Cabin lights won't work

Handwash was loaded with just water, after repeated request , they changed !!

Visited this resort over the weekend. It's a beautiful property located next to Kabini river. Place is open and well maintained. Rooms were pretty decent and clean. Food (inclusive all meals in package) was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The staff are very courteous and considerate. The owner Lenesh is very jovial and helpful. Overall a very nice place to stay and would definitely recommend!
Play area needs to be done better and pool could be added.

PS: plan to do the coracle ride they have, it's a wonderful experience.

Good Place to Spend Good Time

I and my mom went for a 2-day trip. Lenesh said once you entered here you are our responsibility, which caught my attention and feel like safe and secure. As everyone said the food is excellent. Mainly I went to see tigers. His suggestion helped me to spot tigers in both the safaris though he said it depends on luck. Staffs are very humble and helpful. If it is possible I would like to visit once again.
