They don't seem to be customer-centric. I did like how they prepared the food of your choice, even if the taste was not up to mark, and quickly arranged the bonfire. But that's it while serving food if you need anything you have to go in search of them. The place is not well kept. Washroom doors are not proper, they didn't care to provide mosquito repellents in the room. The premise has no attraction to it. They are not interested in giving experience to the customers.

This place has a lot of potential but managed poorly. Less rating given for owner's attention.
Pros: Relaxing environment, no noise pollution, good local cook, Villege to explore nearby, ample space for kids to run around.
Cons: Cottages lack water heater and mosquito netting for a price of 3500, basic bathroom, only plastic bottle water with no RO filter option, plastic waste not managed properly.

The place was awesome, quiet, very scenic, food was really delicious, staffs were very helpful and friendly. If you want to take a break away from all the hush and hustle from the city, you must visit this place to relax. Overall amazing experience. Just a complain - they need to fix the bathroom doors, it gets stuck.

Best place I had visited in recent times. Staff was super friendly, specially Mr. Simanta who took care of all our needs. The guy stayed with us till we hit the bed. And when water was finished, he woke up with a smile. Location is very peaceful. Away from the crowd. They provided early check-in without any extra charge. Food was good. The only thing that can be improved is the path to the resort from Highway, but then there is also the pleasure of driving on bumpy roads when you’re traveling to a forest resort. Had a great experience amidst the forest. Great hospitality by the support staff.The Food is just so delicious. Should be definitely where you stay on your next trip to Nameri National Park.

Serene place to spend the night and wake up early to take in the sights of the forest and take a trip across the river. The food is wonderful and the service is commendable. Contact Mr. Simanta when you reach there.

Hotel staff is very good in behaviour. Thệ environment is peace and calm to stay. But Need to improve more , it’s not adequate. Include some more facilities that attracts tourists even local or foreigners . Facilities like landphone,Tv, wifi, geyser, grow some flowers and plants too. Its very pleasure to stay there. Thank you.
