Kaziranga Resort

The amenities in the Kaziranga resort are well above the average compared to nearby properties.
The staff, manager are very courteous and prompt in their responses to any customer query.
They have a good ambience with neat and tidy rooms, washrooms and a balcony view with almost each room.
I would highly recommend staying here.

There are several categories of rooms, We stayed on the 1st floor. The place( room area) was dirty as no one cleaned up the area till we stayed. The rooms were so suffocating, can't open windows as they do not have mosquito nets. No geysers or any ventilation in the room. There were cockroaches in the toilet which was barely clean. No hot water for bathing. To add to the horror food was pathetic. Dinner ordered took more than 3 hours which was barely edible. Breakfast was provided on paper plates which were torn and poor quality food. On several requests or insisting dirty utensils were provided. Customer focus is completely missing. They have a small shop and the owner of the place is interested in selling products to you rather than ensuring your stay is comfortable. Do not recommend this place for a stay at Kaziranga. Please read their reply, which itself shows they don't consider feedback seriously but rather prove customers wrong.

Very well behaved staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and airy. Smooth check in and check out. Room service is good. It's a perfect place to stay for a Kaziranga trip. 👍

Had a wonderful stay. Location is good and also reasonable. Hygienic food wonderful service. Bonfire is too made with good care. They also provide Elephant and Jeep safari which is informational. Enjoyed the stay.

Very nice and close to nature place. Ambience is awesome. Good for weekend escapes. U can arrange small parties also. It has its own dining place and good, tasty food. Manager and staff was very helpfull and ready for service. U can ask for a camp fire during winters. Room service is also splendid. U can ask a bookinh for Jeep and elephant safaris..

Excellent food - very homely and healthy. Staff is really friendly. The rooms are pretty big and all the facilities are available. However, cleanliness in the room could be improved a bit by requesting the same.

Resort is located very close to Kaziranga national park. The rooms are good with staff ready to help you. Central gyser is provided at the hotel. The services for food orders is slow and takes time but the quality of good is excellent

Average stay. Some services are not up to the mark. We stayed two days in this Resort. First day in Cottage and 2 day in a Deluxe Room.. The reception staff kept us waiting for almost 2 hours on the day of check in where as they mentioned that the check in time is 12 PM. Even on the second day when we shifted to the Deluxe Room they again kept us wait for another one hour.. There was no Recharge on the TV in Delux Room. It seems like just a showcase. When you charge so much money from us, then you should provide proper services. The Door lock was broken in the Deluxe Room. Food was good, little spicy. Property was clean. Rooms are clean. Room service is ok ok.
