This was the first time I am to South Goa. This resort is just less than 300 mtrs away from beach. And the beaches are so clean. There are also good restaurants around the resorts and they are open till 11 pm. Rooms were kept very neat and tidy as the owner also stays in the same premise. Pool was clean and had a good time with my daughter. Staffs were quite supportive and helped us as a local guide. Will definitely visit again.

Best resort I have visited. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the pool very clean and clear water a very good place to relax and chill. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night.

It's in a good location. Has facilities to park your vehicle. Car/bike .
Has a swimming pool which we were not able to use due to timings.
Decent rooms at decent prices.

This place was such a find! We went for a family holiday and the place is really close to Patnam beach, probably a couple of minutes away. The rooms vary in size and are priced accordingly. The place has a pool as well. The rooms, especially the ones we booked, need to be maintained a bit better, but overall a brilliant stay.

!!! Under no circumstances should you put money in this hotels pocket !!!
The management is the worst I’ve experienced in my life, even before we had major problems and had to change hotel. The man is rude and the woman is even worse. Very unpleasant people.
We checked in yesterday 26-01-23 and paid 2500 rupees per night for 3 nights in a room that resembled a prison cell. The bed was like lying on the floor, there was no toilet paper or bidet, and the curtains didn’t block any su light out because they were so cheap and thin. There were also cockroaches about the hotel and the Rottweiler dogs they have are aggressive and kept growling at my girlfriend. They were not chained up most of the day.
We woke up at 7am today due to the sunlight blaring through the curtains and promptly left to go find a new hotel. We found one just up the road at the Eve Resort and it’s amazing, the staff are very friendly as expected with a hotel stay and it’s cheaper for a very nice room.
When we checked out we asked for a partial refund, minus the one night that we stayed already to keep fair. The staff immediately turned from unpleasant to angry and defensive. I respectfully told them we simply couldn’t stay there any longer and asked again for my refund. They refused and in-fact demanded more money from me. I’d paid 4000 so I wanted 1500 back but he said I owed the full 7500 which obviously isn’t going to happen. They then started threatening with legal action which is ridiculous and actually quite funny. I knew I was fighting a losing battle so just took the 4000 loss and took my bags to another hotel.
Please do yourself a favour and do NOT spend a penny as this place.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting patnem beach. Just 100m from the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained.

Average Stay! As I was traveling with my kids so I was searching for a hotel with swimming pool and near to beach. Met all the conditions booked. As expected it's was near to beach about 200 meters and room were clean and Tidy. But.. why my stay was average as follows It's run by owner's family.. not even courtesy simile and not happy welcoming. They have around 24 rules and regulations which I haven't seen ever before in hospitality sector. Towels were not good. Pool was not clean No complimentary tea or coffee. No complementary breakfast and during the checkout time one lady was running behind us to get the room key and she kept on asking about key before we vacate the room. Note: Drinking not allowed inside resort which doesn't matter for me .. Just an info.
This resort for only who want use just for sleep. Not for family with kids as we were struggling to get milk for kids.
