Guys, I had a terrible experience with their service station at Rama Road. Please do not trust the staff here, they might STEAL the internal body parts of the car.
Everyone pretends to be really nice with you, but this is not the reality. It's been more than 4 months I am struggling to get some justice against the pathetic car service, but the entire team is helpless and clueless, including the managers. This is really SAD.
The company is not at all Customer Centric.
I sincerely request that you please don't get your vehicle here for any kind of service from them.

Worst experience only 2 persons for duster out of which only kamal knows about it and other one have no idea about the car. Kamal is super busy apparently ( sits idle). No body cares there that u r there to buy car. So please don't go and waste your time there , go and check with other renault showroom. This is worst car seeing experience in last 35 years, salesman are not interested to sell.

1st of all, the location of this dealership doesnot suits a car showroom. In addition to this, Pathetic customer dealing. Not talking in terms of after sale service or car related. We came here to know about duster but we end up leaving the showroom without the test ride(which we only asked for). No doubt that renault cars have no market presence in delhi or maybe india.

Sale staff thug people in the name of discount, they will adjust amount in processing feel despite that this is provide by renualt finance, but don't let them do that, its clearly mentioned on term, they can't charge processing fees, if they provide finance by renault finance

Super Worst Customer Dealing.
They don't know how to deal with the customer they are behaved like goverment employee even gov employee are much better polite then this showroom dealing staff.

Worst service and attitude of sales person, i have booked kiger in march first week but they are not delivering my car, upon asking the sales guy shubham , he said company is delivering only top model, so i asked him to refund my advance payment which he is not doing at all not even picking up the calls , requesting all not to book any car from them 😡😡
