Very inexperience/unsupportive stuff.. They charge you more without being problem solved. I am totally unsatisfied with the service they provided... It's a recurring type business once the vehicle is being sold... It's a wastage of time and money visiting there...

On 28th Dec 2020 we have visited Renault Nagaon Servicing for periodic maintenance after service complete they told us that we need to change some parts i don't exactly like suspension rebound stopper (Like rubber tube) and the price they said it would cost 300 per piece. But the fact is that today thats 29th Jan 2021 we went again to install that part and by this time they said it will cost 1000 per piece and we need to install 2 nos. + we need to pay for extra labor charge 1000 approx. So we need to pay for 3000 approx.... I am totally disappointed. They need to improve themselve while dealing with the customer

The sales executive Abhishek Dutta is a bog liar and has been lying to us since one year and six months on our duster problem which is occured by them. And he has the audacity to say he is helping me whereas the company Renault had appointed him to solve the case. Now he has no guts to pick thr phone
