I have done 2nd servicing for my Triber at this service center, I have observed the following points,
1. before do servicing please ask breakup of service job details with costs,
might they will add un known jobs and Consumables.
2. After servicing, Break system functioning bit of tight, emergency time we can't hold the car in control. feeling better before servicing )
3. Technicians might not having sufficient experience, ( After service my cay right back side small pinning sound observed, the technician had checked thrice but i was coming again.
4. I have called to showroom regarding expressing problems after service but phone not picking.
5. In Srikakulam showroom there was no workshop. They can't handle major repairs here.

My suggestion is please go to vizag main branch servicing showroom.

Very casual approach from sales team,not satisfied, went & bought suzuki baleno.

Worst service ever. They talk very rudely with the customers.

Good but they have tied up with vizag
