Hi All,
I have had a good experience with property pistol.
I have received my cash back as promised and they always responded on my calls or mail. It would be great if they tell it before hand when they will send the cash back because it took long time for me and I am not sure where it got delayed.

Took advantage of recent booking at prestige by offering some random cashback, rather than a general promised one of 1%.

They didn’t even initially took the consent took advantage of the situation, but because we were interested in booking the flat just offered 0.3%, which is a random offer.

Because we were in a haste took the wrong step to book with shady channel partner like this, strongly recommend not to go with these cheaters

The support team in Property pistol(Vaishnavi, Revathi etc) are fantastic. They are very responsive, professional and always provide updates. While my experience with the sales team was not great, I would recommend Property pistol just for the very positive experience I had with the support team.

At the time of booking of flats they give so many commitments, promises, calls, follow up, etc etc but after booking of flat they don't bother to answer the call nor any revert on msg. Very poor services, no response, Really very very very very very very very very pathetic, poor and bad experience with Kirti from (Ulhasnagar) she don't have any kind of manners or sense to talk with client and the time of booking and wherever she is now,And i as a client would like to Sue her from the company wherever she is working with really very pathetic very bad employee of property pistol and will make sure that the goodwill of property pistol will get ruined and will automatically come down due to this kind of employees and i will make sure to kindly take care of your company's Goodwill and name thank you from my bottom of my heart to give me a very pathetic poor and bad kind of experience from property pistol and Asst manager Nelson of property pistol realty Pvt ltd.

Team support especially under the flagship of Mr. Vaibhav from Dubai side and Ms Revthi from Indian side is fantastic, amazing Time Management.

worst experience, pathetic services. The decision of buying a Godrej property in Ahmedabad through its UAE/Dubai office turned to be a nightmare for me. they are like roadside property dealers. no responsibility for deals or deliverables. just bothered about their commissions. Godrej tried to sell a 3BHK property through their representative in Dubai, with a terrace in layout which got vanished while the agreement copy came for signature. My 20% payment is stuck with Godrej with property pistols having no responsibility on them. Better to buy RTM properties directly through builders to get trustworthy deals.

I was booked a flat at Godrej Woodsville through Property Pistol. The staff Mr. Lijo Abraham was so supportive and guided properly looking to my requirement. They were also given a cash back/ refferal bonus voucher of Rs.1.00lakhs which today credited in my account.
