All apartments in this society offer a picturesque view of the city and the sea. Being so close to the sea, the apartments are well-ventilated as well. The rooms are very well-furnished and feature state-of-the-art amenities. Thanks to automation offered, life is more convenient and easy. Since I shifted to a ready-to-move apartment, the furnishing was done by Adani Realty. They provided only top-notch brand products for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and other spaces. All the rooms in my 4 BHK are very spacious and have an attached balcony to enjoy the bewitching view of the outdoors.

I prefer simplistic living and basic features. Fitting my requirement perfectly is Aangan by Adani Realty. The best part about this locality is that is the affordability it brings along. With features such as a party lawn, kid’s play area, recreational club, car parking area, and multi-tier security, this one is my dream home within budget.

Please keep a pleasant personality on your reception counter who knows how to respond and is actually receptive as per the job profile requirement. He/she acts as the first face for your company and creates an impression. The person at present is hellbent on not letting anybody deal with people in the organization.

If you want to buy homes that are not just luxurious but highly functional as well, Aster is the perfect society. I was very impressed after seeing it for the first time and bought a 2 BHK. This is one of the newest projects by Adani Realty at Shantigram and will be ready soon. During my visit, I saw one of the apartments on the higher floors. You can enjoy a great scenic view of the outdoors from an apartment on the higher floors. Besides the scenic view, there is an outdoor barbecue zone and dining area to spend a great time with your family and friends. You will love the walking trail surrounded by greenery as well.

The North Park by Adani Realty is my fav. I have been staying here for the past 6 months and life has never been this better. Replete with all the amenities, it makes way for a peaceful, comfortable, and leisurely life. Being well connected to the rest of Ahmedabad, there are no issues with to and fro whatsoever. Commuting is super easy and the villa I stay at is aesthetically appealing as well.

Gurgaon is where I work and therefore I had to shift here a few months back. Oyester Grande, my present permanent address was love at first sight. It is spacious, well organized, and a very beautiful project. There’s a multi-purpose hall for organizing events. Benefits such as a lap pool, café gym, and lounge are available as well. 24 x 7 CCTV surveillance keeps my family safe.

The biggest advantage of buying an apartment here is the beautiful panoramic ocean view. Very few apartments in Andheri West have such a great ocean view. To get the best view, I bought a 3.5 BHK apartment on one of the higher floors. So, whether I am going off to sleep or waking up in the morning, I can always enjoy the beautiful view of the Arabian Sea.

Please do not even buy the property developed by this company
1. They will purposely not develop a show flat
2. The finished flat will be 20% smaller than what they promise on paper
3. Parking money is a clear daylight steal, they will tell you that they are going to give you 2 car parks but it is only one and the other is a hydraulic system which is another story to tell
4. The money you pre pay to the builder as maintenance is gone or party taken
5. The staff is particularly graduated in the same Ponzi university.
6. Wish i could go back in time and reverse my decision
