Nashik Road Railway Station

Main railway station in Maharashtra state. Nasik is famous for industrial units and vineyards.All major vine producers for farms here. Railway station a busiest station in Maharashtra 1000 of passengers using railway network and connecting roads are good. Railway platforms and over bridge are very good.

2. Plenty of stalls (tea/snacks).
3. Timely Announcements.
4. Display Boards (Departure/Arrival times & platform numbers)
5. AC Waiting hall available.
6. City Buses, cabs, autos available infront of station.
7. ATM centres available at the entrance

I arrived nashik road junction today and it was pretty decent, had an artistic touch in the pillars which showed the upcoming train number.
Crowd here looked educated and decent enough to wait do the trains to stop unlike in other stations.
I was surprised by the oxygen parlour in the station which Is to promote and haven't seen such thing in bangalore station too.

Policing is always a issue
Most space is blocked and parking is at contractor's mercy.

Always good to be here, only thing is when is the general booking going to be open.

Only concern is that the coach indicators come on only 3 - 5 minutes before the train arrival.

Commotion and confusion to the passengers.

the people here keep the station area clean and well maintained .the railway station is regularly cleaned. We can see a major difference in the overall development of this railway station after 2019.

Nashik road is the main station to Nashik. It cone just after igatpuri when you travel from Mumbai. The station is spacious and clean. There is a private air conditioned waiting area called Godawari waiting lounge fir Rs 20 per hour abd Rs 15 for every hour after the first hour.and an Indian railways waiting room on platform 1 for free. The station is well connected with a busy stand and autos for travel and food joints just outside the station. Train journey from Mumbai to Nashik us recommended.

Best well maintain railway station connects to Mumbai and Manmad. Have facilities of Washrooms, escalator, lift, drinking water on each platform. Maintain cleanliness on station. Booking outside of station. In front of station Bus stand is there so easily get the buses for city.

Best maintained railway station. It has 4 platforms. Station Also has escalators. Wheelchair entry and Ac waiting room. Before contacting rickshaw wala, just check with local bus depot situated just outside the station.
