Sabarmati Junction (SBI)

Loved it, best railway station I have ever visited. Staff is good and cooperative. Neat, clean and hygiene is maintained on the station. Waiting area is also nice and well maintained with attached rest rooms and bath room. A person can refresh themselves really good.

Better than kalupur(main junction) ahmedabad railway stn. Much easier to reach and cab, auto, bus etc all available. Do travel with platform ticket checking is upto the mark here. Parking available. Food stalls available. Almost all trains have a stop here. Enter b'ful Amdavad via Sabarmati and enjoy.

No more rush you can easily jump to another platform lesson 2 to 3 minutes
If you don’t get a train ticket or Reservation ticket from Ahmedabad Junction you can try it from Sabarmati you will definitely get it
It is in the Ahmedabad city

One of the cleanest railway stations i have seen. One negative point is there are no options for old age citizens to travel from platform 2 to 1.there should be a lift facility available. Also there are so many stairs so it's hard for the people to have more luggage and go from platform 1 to 2 or vice versa and for old people. The overall experience was good. Those passengers who face traffic issues from boarding from Ahmedabad junction can board from here. Please see the list of trains stop before boarding here. There is less traffic here and the closest bus station is the RTO circle.
