Daily 6 o clock token Time, i sharply call @ 06:00:15 pm they said token over .. How within 15 sec all token over.. They booking token in other back door system i think.. Requesting you to follow the rules in token system.. Pls be professional... Dont be fake...

How can i book an appointment if the clinic doesn't attend the call....last month I have visited the hospital nd i couldn't consult the dr...i was having severe asthma attack...dr told me to visit next month fr CRP....but it's hard to cnslt widout an appointment..the hospital must-have to further look out fr it...

Getting appointment is difficult. 1hour for every day with one contact number can be changed for appointment.

Pooverest response from front desk, a minimum courtesy required towards patients. I'm directly asking to Dr.Kalaikovan why chest x-ray and blood test specifically from your lab are mandatory for all the patients. Your receptionist not even asked the name and details, your hospital only requires around 1000 rs from each patient. All the vey best for your future

No response from reception. Whenever trying to book appointment, they are not picking phones. Worst receptionist practice. Dr.Kovan pls suggest to book an appointment for your consultation.
