They are the worst providers in term of service, commitment everything. We booked a bus from them for a wedding in delhi from unnao to kanpur. They charged us mid pricing of the market. Bus driver done accident during back with a parked car. Car owner call the police, there was a settlement on paying 8000/- rs by us (because bus driver and helper does not many money). Owner of sangam travels committed us to pay the expense once we return back. Its been July from December after 100 of followup calls and multiple visits, they have all the lame reasons but he is not ready to pay these expenses. Their driver left the job as he return back from our trip. I would not recommend them to anyone for any type of service. They are the worst service provider in the industry. (Booking Slip Attached)
