Some stuff s are very helpful and some are rude.

Each and every staff r lousy, ignorrant and arrogant. The average time taken to attend any minor service is 20mins minimum per Customer, so after standing in a large que, even when u stand in front of the counter it can take up so long. No body gives a rats ass about your issues. The manager himself can b absent at times and clients have to wait for him to arrive nd then attend you. I had to close my savings account and after 40mins of strolling from one counter to another, no staffs were even looking at me, when i asked one of them i was said it will take time now minimum 1hr, so i waited 1hr nd on enquiring i come to know the manager is not available he is gone somewhere, after waiting for another 30mins, even after he arrived no one cares to notice or tell me what to do.. No professionalism and no concern. I dont recommend this bank to anyone.

Arrogant staff...too much orthodox ... the age old "BABU" culture is predominant in every move...you will find boastfulness being the "erstwhile SBI staff mentality " and more so they are "government employees"...

Most of the employees are rude, arrogant and irresponsible. They do not cooperate at all to sort out the issues of their own customers and get frustrated without any reason. Not recommended at all.

Today on 16 August, i received the passbook of an account, for which i applied on 30.07.2021. Very pathetic, as always. Very disheartened to say, the bank has entered my name wrong, in the new account. This is SBI, BANDEL.

The landing at branch entry point, has a leaking ceiling with water dropping on waiting public. Also a wasp hive is there with swarming wasps just at this same place.

Overcrowded and ill behaved staff. The spectacle worn security guard behaves like the officer of the bank. Bad mouthed and ill-behaved. The worst possible employee of the bank. Someone needs to show him his exact position, that he is the darwan and not the bank officer.

Worst branch ever, visited more than 5times only for an issuance of a ATM card..and have already blocked the previous ATM cards..such incompetent staffs here..they just assure that your work will be done and actually no work gets done..
