United Bank of India - Chinsurah Branch

This is the worst bank in west bengal state i have suffered a great deal in my grandmother pension related problem

ACs have been put up on wall bt they dont work....long lines before the cash counters is the usual scene....deposit machines have been kept inside bt they too don't work

Worst bank I have ever seen! Ac doesn't work there so naturally the atmosphere is too much suffocating due to huge crowd! Stuffs specially in cash counter are very much slow they dont have basic speed of working there thats why if anyone want any transaction through cash counter they have to wait for 2 to 3 hour in queue. Other stuffs are quiet helpful.

One of the oldest branch in Chinsurah. Due to the automation of banking system, service got better but can't be compared with the private banks. Like all other public banks it is bit unorganised but you can find younger employees who are willing to help the customers with all their limited resources.

Bank is ok... But here some staff behaviour is quite poor

I joined UBI (chinsurah branch) bank as a customer many years ago and have been extremely disappointed and unhappy with their services.
Nowadays I am very disturbed that UBI feels so little for its customers.There is no one to talk.They do their work very slowly.
Now I think that why am I opened my account in this branch.After being a customer I feel that UBI has let me down big time.

The staffs are very well mannered and informative . They solve all the disputes from the customers regarding banking .
