Most embarrassing issue - You will not get pen to fill up forms.You either have to take from other customers or have to buy.If you begged stuffs like a begger to give pen they may hear!

Bank staff are very cooperative.. Very nice ambience.. Loved being there..

Customer service is very good.Staffs are very cooperative and supportive.But Senior citizen's are facing serious trouble to reach Bank premise through long upstairs,Bank authority should look into this issue that they get immediate relief from this kind of hardship.Ramp facility not available.

The cashier and one young guy who wear spectacle and spoke hindi, both of them is very good in behaviour. Not too far from my home that's the reason i love this bank. And the security uncle is strictly maintained the Covid-19 rules which means less infections.
