Allahabad Bank

Auto passbook update machine ,Cash Deposit Machine available. This is the oldest bank in Durganagar. ATM is needed. Security must be updated.

It's okay. It remains congested most of the time. The atm and update machines always have a queue. If anyone wants to just withdraw or deposit cash then they can try the other Allahabad near the sbi atm close to the post office.

This one is the oldest bank in Durganagar...before it was situated opposite the sporting club field ... now it’s near hdfc atm.... very slow for work u have to wait there for an hour...stuff are not well behaved...should be trained....

Enquiry department dont know how to talk with customer one day I go there for opening new account i asked that I m from outside what document is required..his throughing was very rude he say ki lagbe voter card 'pan card'adhar card ' taka r form vore joma korte hobe is this a way to talk we all know this documents required and ofcourse money required but what i point out to him that I m from outside what documents required he should politely explained me but he didnt bother and he went away from his desk.

A branch with all mods and cons. The staffs are cordial and they are truly helpful. The ambiance in the branch is calm and cool.

Decent Behavior by officers. As I visited the branch after covid situation, so there was a little bit queue. They are maintaing social rules like sanitisation, social distancing and such things.

I heard an issue that many of the times the printer (passbook update machine) not performs or works. Have not faced this but a lot of people were blaming the branch for this....

Typical government bank have some patience and cool when you visit the branch. Currently its name has changed to Indian Bank. I have attached some photos of changed IFSC code and branch code I hope it will be useful

This branch is the most chaotic bank I have ever seen till my life today.Customer satisfaction is the least they are bothered with.Unfriendly behaviour,long queue of people who are frustrated with the incompetent work of the staff.Its better to open an account any nearby branch and not here.
