State Bank of India - Ghatakpukur Branch

The most inefficient bank officials I have ever seen in any branch in India. You have to exploit your whole day for redress of minimal customer needs.
Some of the bank officials are not well behaved too. Hate this branch!

This is ghatak pukur sbi bank ..in this building 3rd flor spandan according party..

Its a national bank and every people know how lezily they sarve their coustomer....exmple every time u ask for any quaries there they said don't know ask another table and u go there and just found the tableman go for a tea break....service is just lyk bullshit..

Worst branch i had ever seen. They don't have the minimum manners to talk with their customers
(Very rude & arrogant). They need to understand that we are their customers & they are getting salary, insensitive etc just because of Us.

Most ³rd class branch i had ever visited! Those employees of the branch they harass their customers by this single word WAIT they don't have the respect for senior citizens.you will get the scenario of this particular branch at the first day when you visit this branch.
Threats,Miss Behaviour, insulting these are the natural think of this branch.
I would suggest you that if you are having alternate options don't visit there.

Good behavior but worst & slow services.. ..besides, they have no idea of most of the SBI online services for customers.
