I had preferred this bank due to ease of business and cooperation with the customers,but now I am compelled to revise my opinion due to the hardships my daughter from the USA is facing in getting the payment of an FD in which she is a nominee while she has produced all the necessary papers.when a nominee is put to such hardships then what is the use of nomination. It means I must think about other such fds. This very shocking to me because I ama well wisher of the bank.

Worst experience at this branch, forget about the clerks, even the peon won't respond to the customers.
Clerks will be busy on phone as if they are managing Indian economy.

Third class services.
