Branch manager simply refused signature verification of my 81 years father.
Not customer friendly.

Lazy staff..speed of working is very slow..not customer friendly..Worst experience ever in a bank..

Not hospitalized for customers.

This is the Railway road branch of State Bank of India, in Bulandshahr. Sufficient parking space outside bank premises. However, behaviour of bank staff is normally very rude, which is typical of a nationalized bank. They will make you run from pillar to post several times for minor things. There are no proper sign boards or guidelines written for common people. I saw many persons getting harassed for minor things which are not normally required in other banks.
