Employees there don't have any coordination. Typical government office type of envionment. No one listens they keep on doing don't know what in there systems and don't even reply. Its been 1 month but they are not giving the next semester's education load even after submitting all the required papers. Worst expirence

Poor customer service

The bank is in a bad condition. Manager employees do not listen to anyone.
Only the rich or leaders work.
Does not pick up the given numbers.
Due to the staff here, I have had to pay fine for my fees many times.
