3rd class service, I hv submitted my documents for opening of saving account. After 20 days they didn't open even provided landline number is also not picking by them. Need total privatization of all bank.

Pathetic service, arrogant behaviour of the staff. Cashier just sitting idle and always deny for customer request. No proper notification by the branch for the services offered by the bank during this pandemic situation. Customer remain there in, fill all forms and do formalities and finally deny for the customer service. On over that the behaviour of the cashier as well as the senior official is very rude. Appropriate action must be taken against Such official ( cashier).

It is a nationalised bank , you can transact here if you have a bank account with this bank. One can open saving bank account , current account. Can take loan for vehicle, home. Make fixed deposit
Can open recurring account.

Very pathetic service...they r always rude with customers .... cashier is very arrogant n always try to run away with his duties....even senior staff doesn't try to sort out issues rather start blaming customers....
Competent authority must take appropriate action against such officials

Worst customer service experience. Staff tries to shy away from work. Never bothered about customer problems.
Should be privatized as soon as possible so that the service improves.

Very poor service , Very rude behaviour of seniors , so shameful for senior staff due to they are not bother to sort out the issue but blaming to customers and push customers to out of bank. So pathetic .
