very very poor service...i visited bank to open an account but they told me come after 2 days.i also visited after 2 days to open my account but as always they again told me come after 3 days.today i again went bank.they again make a foolish excuse.and finaly i found myself a fool to open account into OBC.

Big branch but the employees don't know that how to have the customers.

The people working here does not even know when the person who update aadhar will come or not. They are just like "hume nhi pata kab aayenge vo". Public waited outside the bank for almost 2-3 hrs.

Very bad service they don't have manner how to talk with the customers.

I wish I could give negative stars. Already a third class bank turned into worst after getting amalgamated into PNB. Staff is not trained properly. For almost every question staff starts discussion with each other. Even written applications are not implemented after a week time. A typical sarkari styled approach. You are lucky enough, if you get any positive solution in your first visit.

Worst Banking service.. They deduct heavy Money for every small penalty.. Does not even notify you after taking money from your account.
My ATM was blocked due to non usage for a long time.. I visited the Sector 20branch and gave written application to unblock it and did signature verification.. Bank employee said it will be unblocked in 24Hrs.. i checked after 48Hrs and it was still blocked.. I called customer care and told them to unblock the card and they are saying it is unblocked but when i am trying to use the card its showing Blocked.
Pathetic Bank to del with.

Phone disconnected automaticaly after requested to hold the line more than 8 mts by customer care person. My requirement is need land line no. Of Noida Sec 20 branch.

The staff was very helpful
