worst... they are have there own rules and regulation apart from SBI and RBI....I will not recommend to any one..

Don't have manners how to talk with customer ...
Worst experience ever ..... Sending customers from one counter to another and then also cant resolve the problem ....and also making fun of account holders

careless employes and no responce for any complain and any type of work.

I just visited this bank which is located at DS college and I meet a person who was handling the counter regarding everything we asked can you enroll our children's Aadhar Card here he said yes but I will take 2000 rupees for each other card registration, after that we informed to the government employee who is working in that DS college SBI branch you should take only 50 rupees for per Aadhar card he said no I cannot help you to register your children's Aadhar card so I would like to raise a complaint against him I do not have authority to punish him but maybe the bank manager or the higher level can punish him so he should not ask for the rs 2000 they should not ask for bribe shame on him I do have his photograph I am attaching on this chat
