Locker facility is very good

Employees of this bank have no manner at all. They don't even know how to talk politely. If you tell them any problem they simply send you to another counter as if they don't want to solve your problem or if they are doing you a favour by simply doing their job. Luckily I have a friend there who solves all my problems or I would have to close my account.

the worst bank that i have ever seen neither atm is working nor the cash deposit machine. staff have no manners there is no one available for work. if you have to transfer the money they take 2,4 days to clear that even when your atm is in the branch they asked you to come tomorrow. all the time all machines are not working and a huge lack of staffs also. i would suggest everyone to not open their account in pnb balrampur branch this branch is more than wrose

The staff are not available most of the time. People have to wait for hours even to talk to the concerned person.

Very irresposible staff. They do not listen customers griavences.Always try to skip their resposibilities.
