employees of this bank takes very much time to do a very simple work.
their response to customers is very late.

Worst bank they take your documents and send you home said your work done but they don't do anything

One staff member who sits in front of the entrance gate is very rude, impolite, egoistic and full of attitude. They have complicated the cheque deposit process by themselves. They do not process the cheque deposit without obtaining hard copy of approval email. I've never experienced this anywhere else. Even the branch manager supported this and asked me to refer to a circular which I cross checked and did not see any reference of processing only after obtaining hard copy of approval. Even getting a passbook in this branch is complicated in itself. No wonder so many people have posted negative reviews of this branch.

I am going to open salary account. But all staff is very irritated and irresponsible to her customer. Only wait not resolved any customer queries..
All staff is customer service only beautiful woman and girl. This is very bad behavior in staff.

Very poor quality services and very bed branch staff. cashier misbehave very bed staff.

Old bureaucratic way of customer handling. Employees are not well trained. One employee deducted money from loan account for insurance without asking the customer, I had to pay extra interest for his actions. In another instance, extra deposit in loan account was not submitted properly by another untrained employee due to which I had to pay extra interest on regular EMIs. Chose this bank if you want more problems in your life.

Worst Staff they don't even listen to their customers better to go for Yamun Expressway Branch their staff is very good

I find the staff in this branch are very slow and not responsive.
