Nowadays customer service are not good and customers suffering are down graded as before

No 5 counter is bad working..

Santirbazar Bank server is always down 🥲 too many problems in transactions

New service manager doesn't have any manners how to talk to customers she talks disrespectfully with everyone

@sbi santirbazar Tripura branch are showing unfriendly behaviour with customers except no 4 counter staff, and rest are not giving proper solution to customer, they don’t know how to smile also. @sbitripura @sbiindia
