Their service is moderate but there are many points to be upgraded to compete with the service of other national banks. I particularly like to mention some points - 1st of all their process of sanctioning a loan is very complex and rate of interest is aso higher than other banks. Next they provide atm service to the customers but they have few atm vending machines in the state. Therefore customers have to depend on the atm service points of other govt. and non govt. Banks. Besides for money transfer their customers have to depend on the service of United Bank of India if one likes to transfer money out of the state of Tripura .

Poor service is provided in TRIPURA GRAMIN BANK,,, Especially in case of online transactions, most of the time the bank servers are in closed state, for which I had to suffer many times during an urgent transaction.. I think they should try to improve their servers,,, I've never seen such type of disgusting service by any bank in the state..
