My wife and I were in the branch to resolve some issues we'd been having. FORTUNATELY, we met Mr. Sudhir Sharma. He is sitting on a totem post but at the same time, he is down-to-earth and has a great, humble personality. He went the extra mile to help me out.

I then encountered another person, Mr. Pankaj Thakur. I asked him to help me out. He went above and beyond, going as far as skipping his lunch break to help me out.

I wish there was an option to give them a rating of 10 stars out of 5!!!

Very famous and old bank of the city. Neat and clean place. Sitting arrangement for the customers is good. ATM facility is available there.

Bad behaviour of workers specially ladies workers

Needs improvement. Lots of parking issues.
