Totally disgusting service their ATM is always in a rush and when people really need money they don't work at all. The cash deposit machine is horrible. People are also using it very carelessly and roughly. The bank also doesn't seem to care about the CDM. You can barely see the CDM working properly only for 2 or 3 times in a month. All the time there is always a problem or technical issues in the CDM. Since Jatni is a small town so the technicians who fix these CDM are not easily available. People are coming from bbsr sometimes but most of the time the people who come for repairs in Jatni are complete idiots they repair it and after 2 or 4 deposits it's again the condition.

Very poor service. If u have to update your passbook, cash deposit, cash withdrawals you have to wait on q min 45min. Staffs behaviour very poor & lazy.

Excellent service,but there are soo many rushes if you come late after 10 am

The customer service was good... But they Keep you waiting a bit more than expected...

The above mentioned contact number is seems like not working an i cant find any other contact number to connect with them. Provide a valid number so that a customer can contact you in case of urgency.

Staff is polite, but customer service needs improvement

No precautions for covid. At any point of time, one could find 100 people on the floor, no social distancing, no queues, no temperature checks, nothing. Bank's deputy manager was found coughing vigorously.

The staff response with customer is irrelative for every work we had to visit the branch which can be done with a phone call altho no number is working to contact sbi jatni if there is zero rating i should give them zero
