Staff are not at all co-operative
Specially the credit staff
I went there for a study loan but credit staff was pathetic do not know professionalism and no knowledge about study loans and the credit scheme.

i went there for account opening information and interacted with ms alka kar ......she responded me very politely and explained regarding my concerns so nicely....actually was not expecting this from a rural branch....must say she had a good profesionalism.
