Worst bank ...even for passbook updation there is line and system is too slow ...better to open some other bank

Extremely poor, they can't even make passbooks available to its account holders, few days back I went there to get continuation passbook since earlier passbook expired, the lady at counter shamelessly says "aata passbook sampale aahet nantar ya" .. they don't even deserve one star, finally I transferred my account.

Worst bank ever, pathetic services ,even senior citizens have to wait for his work

U will have to take holiday to do your job here
Only accepted home branch cheques which is shocking for me

Pathetic service. The earliest the Government should do is to privatise it with full control to any private industrialist. It's very sad that the customers have no recourse for certain government related accounts and transactions than to stick to such useless bank.

Dnt even deserve 1 star, Pathetic service, fr simple work it's takes 3-4 hours here, staff is too rude, worst branch of SBI

Rushed always and its obvious to be rushed so much as its a government bank. Staff should improve the speed of completion of work.

Poor poor poor customer service in floor.
Bhandup branch staffs are so uneducated and so unprofessional in talking to the customer. Manager is sitting in the cabin for no reason. They are just arguing with the customer and not solving the problem.
My suggestion to People to not open a bank account in SBI Bhandup branch.

I have and my sister is having a joint account. I have moved out of country and trying to communicate with the branch for the adress change.they are not accepting the calls..no email response. Perthetic behaviour
