Worst bank service ever bad service bad response very slow server everything is slow

They need to improve there servers all there is an issue in payments.

The staff used to be really helpful and kind but that was years ago. These days, the only time they'll be nice to you is if you are seeking a loan. After that even if you want to update your passbook they'll make you wait for an indefinite time. They did not even have their system on two hours after opening time. If you ask them a question, they'll act like they are doing some meherbani instead of their freaking job. Very rude staff. Won't even reply to you properly. I had gone on behalf of my elderly grandfather and they didn't even answer properly. If you are looking to create an account here, don't bother. There are way better banks out there.
