Absolutely pathetic services and attitude towards seniors citizens. Particularly doing their jobs wrong during pandemic causing seniors to visit and take risks. I think the banking sector is taking revenge as they have to face the world and not sit at home. I am raising an official complaint ahead form here.

Worst Service here. Don’t open Account here. They don’t help or guide any customers. They are very very very lazy. All staff is useless. They always ready to open new account. After open account. Don’t help anyone. Go other bank for open account.useless staff.

Worst service ! Their passbook update is never working. And their service during this Covid pandemic has deteriorated further.

Useless bank. No cooperation to customers and they always have server issues and top of it they don't even bother to resolve it for 10 days. Kindly avoid transacting in this bank.

Givening 1 star mins the staff dose not bother abut coustomer feed back they just want to complete their tagert they never slove the solution of client after visiting so many time from last few month my visit to branch but no response

ARROGANT STAFF OUT THERE.......THE MANAGER IS ALSO ARROGANT... I SWEAR IF I MET PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN GENERALY ILL SLAP THEM...
