I opened new acc but ..last 2 months nothing getting any sms for sbi..I wlkeed to bank and asked he speaks not opened visit again 1 week but again walked and asked he speaks not done ...again visit..

On average performance i can say some staff are attentive and willing to listen.
While some usual casual attitude performers also work which don't bother of working attire

This bank is the best but the services are very slow. everything is messy & crowded. in the situation of covid there is no social distancing, no proper queuing. I think there should be someone who can announce about where to go for the particular work, this will help the educated as well as the uneducated people and the Sr. citizens too. So that everyone will get chance and can finish the work in time. the people coming with ref should be given a different time so that the people who are waiting in queue will get chance to get solved with the problems

This bank is one of the best bank of khopoli. This bank provides all the service related to money service. The employees of this bank are very supportive and coperative , just there is need of good behavior with the employees. This bank is fascilated by all the automatically machines. There are lot of maschine like passbook printing maschine , coin maschine, tokan maschine, atm maschine, there is no need of standing in line .

But there is some bad points of this bank like there is too much process in this bank for every work.
Every week there is something new rule for all the things.
Some of the employees are lazy and rude.
There are lots of laws which is not known by bankers.

Worst service ever especially employees are not at all polite very time consuming and the employees don't even care about our time they Directly say it's our lunch time wait till we have lunch and I don't understand who can eat food for 60 minutes. Never ever open a account here. The service at private banks is much better

Sib is a very good bank . But Sarvice is very poor . Hes application are also not working.
